I wasn’t sure about this place at first because the menu looked pretty standard for a cafe, but wow, they really do it right. The food was seriously delicious! I don’t even usually like pancakes, but I can’t stop thinking about their blueberry ones, they were amazing. I even had dinner at a “nice Italian restaurant” in the same property the night prior, and honestly, this breakfast impressed me way more. The steak and eggs were cooked perfectly, and the service was awesome. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

The place is very nice, I mean the whole fontainebleau resort and hotel is very clean and amazing. We went for breakfast and ordered oatmeal which is a must. It’s extremely delicious and different from other oatmeals that I got in different places, it’s super delicious even without the brown sugar, their coffee and pancakes are amazing. I took the steak and eggs and I like the mashed potato which comes in a circular shape and it was very delicious. The steak is very tender and great. I would give it five stars. We really enjoyed our time.

Wasn't expecting to like this place but the food was so good! The mimosas SMALL. 2 of their flight mimosas 1 regular mimosa. And 12 a piece is crazy! The shrimp tacos with rice was DELISH!

Nice breakfast experience. Inside of the Fountain Blue, service was excellent and the food was great! The chicken and waffles were very tasty very flavorful. Got the biscuits and gravy as well. It was a wondeful breakfast experience. I came around 10:30 and after I was seated it got very busy. They have a bar in the middle when it is crowded. I will be back to experience the dinner menu.

During our 4-day stays at the Fontainebleau Hotel in Las Vegas, Vida Restaurant has become our go-to spot for brunch, and it’s always a highlight of our trip. The food is absolutely fantastic—each dish is thoughtfully prepared, with a variety of delicious options that never fail to impress. Whether we’re in the mood for something light or a bit more indulgent, Vida has something for everyone. The standout feature, though, is the exceptional service. The staff is incredibly attentive, making sure every guest feels welcomed and well taken care of throughout the meal. It's clear that they genuinely care about providing a great dining experience. If you're staying at the Fontainebleau or just in the area, Vida is a must-visit for a memorable brunch experience. Highly recommended!

Talk about amazing service , I have to say the second I came to my table , I was greeted by this bright angel Ashli and it set the whole mood for the day . She approached me with a brightest smile I have ever seen and she was attentive , personable , and really made me feel welcomed and truly made me smile along with her and it really started off my day the right way . I could see that she had the same infectious presence with all her tables , as for each one she left had a big grin on their face . You have a keeper here Vida! If you happen to dine here , ask to be in Ashli section , you won't be disappointed.Shout out to Jesse also for the amazing service.

The customer service is the absolute best I have ever had. The moment you walk in, they are asking what allergy needs you have. We requested a different table and it was immediately accommodated. The prices are very fair for an upscale Vegas restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious.

We had breakfast on our second morning, the atmosphere is beautiful, and the menu is great, I highly recommend the breakfast skillet. I am an industry chef and always notice service staff and I can say the staff at Vida are a well oiled machine, they are friendly, polite and efficient. Specifically, a young man named Manny was hustling and really working hard. I was very impressed with our overall experience and will make it our regular breakfast place for this trip.
